We are growing international network of artists who want to write together, release together, perform the music and cross-pollinate audiences — while steadily expanding Popkanon’s independent catalogue.
Songwriting & artist collaborations — writing, producing and co-releasing music with international artists, vocalists and live-performing bands. Chicago is a priority ecosystem, including relationships with Davo Sounds and Attack the Sound, while collaborations can originate anywhere where there is a strong creative and audience fit.
Independent Popkanon releases — continuing to write, produce and release original Popkanon singles under the Popkanon name, maintaining our own catalogue, sound and artist identity.
The collaboration model is designed around real creative relationships rather than transactional features. Popkanon brings songwriting, production, concepts and an international network; collaborators bring their own voice, musicianship, audience and cultural perspective.
